KUNDALINI YOGA WORKSHOP

According to Yogi Bhajan, renowned teacher of Kundalini yoga, after sexual intimacy the imprint or energetic essence of a man can stay with a woman for many years, up to an entire lifetime.

Primarily for women (but men are welcome!), this 2-hour workshop is designed to clear out energetic connections and imprints of old relationships, lovers, or even perpetrators. Together we will explore practices that enhance self-love, clarity and respect, as well as practical meditations and deep relaxation techniques.

A perfect way to prepare for a new relationship, or a deeper phase of your current relationship. Plan to arrive a few minutes early. Bring a yoga mat, cushion and if possible, wear white/light colored clothing.
